   Natasha Lalchan 12031068 A)   This project briefly summarizes how employees satisfaction of National Australian Bank contributes in their overall organizational performance. As a Masters in Professional Accounting (MPA) student, this study helps me to understand different aspects of banking sector which helps me to get better understanding about the employees needs and wants which can facilitate in the overall growth of the bank. Topic- “Impacts of employee satisfaction  on overall business growth of National Australian B ank (NAB)”  B)   The data would be sourced from the website of the NAB www.nab.com.au which contains all the annual reports of the bank and information regarding employees needs and wants. These information would be used to improve employee effectiveness to increase productivity. C)   How can the employee’s  satisfaction contribute in the development of the NAB? Is there any relationship between employee satisfaction and organizational  performance? D)   “ E mployee satisfaction and growth”   “ E mployee satisfaction and productivity”   “Employee satisfaction in banking industry”  E)   Increase in employee satisfaction of the bank has increased the organizational  performance and firm growth. ( Antoncic & Antoncic 2011). It also helps in the development of the fundamental structures and services in the banking industry (Pareek 2013). The overall development of the banking sectors has been driven by the three factors which are employee satisfaction, teamwork and supervisor support (Springer 2011).
