RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Aurum Holdings, Senior Project Manager System Integration Aug 2015 – Nov 2015 Emilie joined Aurum Holdings to support the acquisition of a rival platform of Watch Shop ltd. She managed the change in fulfilment & system integration, infrastructure, marketing & SEO, financials & payments, and merchandising. The complete transformation was completed 2 weeks earlier as planned. Emilie reported to the CFO of Aurum Holdings, the Financial Director of Watch Shop, the founder of Watch Shop and the IT Director of Aurum Holdings. Her activities were:  Delivering the change plan for 9 work streams  Daily management of the planned transformation that affected 9 work streams  Managing the testing and launch of watchhut.co.uk  Recruiting new people for Watch Shop  Acquiring the business- and technical requirements for a complete new multi-channel commerce platform that will service all Aurum Holdings brands. This ecommerce platform is cloud based with a shared infrastructure. Emilie was hired for 6 months and she was reporting to the Programme Director.
